On May 30th, the “Social Sports Guidance (Fitness) Competition” of the First Shanghai Vocational Skills Competition with the theme of “Skills Create a Better Future”, sponsored by Shanghai Municipal People’s Government and undertaken by Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, was held in Bingu Square, Changning District. Jing Ziyang, a physical education teacher of the Basic Teaching Department, stood out in the competition and won the fourth place, winning honor for the school.
This competition consists of four parts: physical competition, action teaching, knowledge competition and sports plan design. The whole training process gathered everyone’s wisdom and hard work of the Sports Teaching and Research Section, including training technical guidance of Wu Xudong, Ma Pei and the hard training of Jing Ziyang, the participating teacher. After more than three months of intense preparation, it finally achieved a good result at the municipal level. This competition not only condensed the strength of the Sports Teaching and Research Section team and honed the will quality of the participating teacher, but also made teachers have a deeper understanding of social sports guidance (fitness) competition, laying a solid foundation for realizing the development of physical education and improving teachers’ comprehensive quality.
